Our Process Innovation methodology uses numerous proven best practices from process reengineering. However, with Process Innovation we don't start with a blank sheet of paper. We start by developing process diagrams which reflect your current or "as is" process model. Then we conduct "process innovation" workout sessions with your team to develop a higher performing "to be" process model. During the Innovation sessions your team will remove process constraints, manual steps will become mechanized, process steps involving paper will move toward paperless processing and you will set performance standards for your processes. |

|
The Process Innovation approach also utilizes best practices from Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints. Within our process diagrams we like to include important information such as critical to quality (QTC) steps, voice of customer (VOC) information, audit points, identify the constraint and list any process performance standards. Our finished process diagrams are a true working tool. |

| The Process Innovation methodology is also very effective as part of packaged software selection work or during ERP/CRM software implementations. | ||||
