The OP Center provides three primary services in the program and project arena.

Strategic Initiative / Program / Project Delivery - We provide the knowledge, skill and experience necessary to successfully lead / manage your strategic initiative, program or project from the initiation phase through close.
PM Sourcing - Through our Ronin Network we will source a high performing program manager for your strategic initiative, program or project. Members of the Ronin Network have a minimum of 10 years experience in their discipline and along with other stringent qualifications.
Visual Project Management - VPM will improve performance for any program or project and serves as a compliment to generally accepted program / project management best practices. More details are provided below.

If you don't need a full time professional to lead your entire program / project we also provide a number of targeted project services such as program chartering, program health reviews, project risk assessments and WBS / Network Build development.

What is Visual Project Management?

Visual Project Management (VPM™) is a powerful methodology for any strategic initiative, program or project. VPM is based on Visual Management practices / success used in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and TQM. VPM seamlessly "snaps-on" to any strategic initiative, program or project. Specially designed large scale visual diagrams regarding program status / team status / deliverable status work to create salience (prominence, presence of mind) and result in a positive shift in team behaviors. VPM improves program performance, transparency and provides team members with an enhanced sense of ownership for program results. The large scale visual information is also duplicated in an electronic / soft copy version so the information is portable and can be emailed to program sponsors or used in remote meetings.

The power of VPM is realized as the status of every project deliverable is updated on the visual diagrams by each deliverable owner every day.

How does VPM™ Work?

VPM works on three principles; ownership, salience (presence of mind, prominence, importance, arrests attention) and kinetics. These three principles work in concert to improve program performance and velocity.
